The Lutcher Theater is closed and has temporarily suspended all public performances and events through April 30, 2020, in compliance with orders and recommendations regarding the coronavirus and social gatherings declared by the Center for Disease Control and our federal, state and local governments.
The impacted events are:
Beautiful – The Carole King Musical – March 19
Peter Rabbit Tales – March 25 (Lutcher Kid Event)
Fiddler on the Roof – March 30
Viva Momix – April 5
Service League Follies – April 17
Diary of a Wombat – April 27 (Lutcher Kid Event)
Rent – April 30
We are currently working with agents and producers attempting to reschedule events. As soon as we have “show-specific” information, the Box Office will contact the ticket holders for each show. If deemed safe to gather, and we are able to reschedule the show, your ticket for that show will be transferable for the new date. If we are unable to reschedule or if you are unable to attend on the new date, you will be eligible for a refund.
Because so much of this information is still unknown, and because rescheduling involves decisions by several parties at various levels, we will not be able to process any refunds until final decisions are made for the remainder of the season.
We are working diligently to resolve these matters and will be in touch with you via email or phone call as soon as plans are finalized. Questions can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or you may leave a voicemail at (409)886-5535. We are checking messages regularly.
Thank you for your patience as we navigate uncharted waters. We understand that the cancellation of events brings disappointments and frustrations, however the health and safety of our patrons, volunteers, employees and community are our top priorities and no decisions have been or will be made lightly.
