Jason Scheff, longtime Lead Vocalist for the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame-inducted band Chicago, will join the Symphony of Southeast Texas for this one-of-a-kind concert event.

Scheff joined the multi-platinum band Chicago in 1985 replacing Peter Cetera. His lead vocals debuted on the 1986 single “25 or 6 to 4”, a remake of the band’s 1970 hit song.

Scheff followed up with “Will You Still Love Me”, #3 Pop, and has sung Chicago’s live classic hits in 4 decades. 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s including “If You Leave Me Now”, “You’re The Inspiration”, “I’ve Been Searching So Long”, “Hard For Me To Say I’m Sorry”, “What Kind Of Man Would I Be”, “Hard Habit To Break” and more.

Scheff delivered a blistering performance of “25 or 6 to 4” at the 2016 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremonies for Chicago’s induction.

The Symphony of Southeast Texas has a 73-year history of providing outstanding music and grand performances in Beaumont and across Southeast Texas. It’s currently made up of approximately 70 musicians from communities throughout Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana.
